I am relatively new to the NHS having spent time in HM Forces and the majority of my career as a serving Police Officer until I retired in 2013. After a short break I started working with a charity over seeing some 1700 Volunteers over West Norfolk. Throughout my career I have been a multi-disciplined trainer encouraging people to better themselves and involved in Community Co-production. I joined the NHS in 2015 and became a member of NAVSM. I have recently been nominated to be the Chair for the newly formed East Anglia Hub and I feel very privileged to represent my peers on the NEC. I am looking forward to developing the network and sharing best practice with my colleagues on a national basis.
